MD was very helpful with information regarding the need for visit and to discuss options for care were laid out with the decision of care that I chose reviewed and agreed upon. At all times I was spoken to with kindness, empathy and respect. I was asked if I had additional questions or concerns. At no time did I feel rushed or flustered. It was a very good reassuring experience.

Very positive. Dr Klufas explained everything well & gave me options on the surgical cuts so it didn't ruin my tattoos. Explained everything fully so I feel 100% positive about my procedure.
