Dr Falcone is an excellent doctor and surgeon. A patient could never ask for anything more. He is nice, to the point, and after pointing out all risks associated with treatment, takes the patient's wishes and needs into consideration before going forward. He is not only one of the most skilled surgeons I have had the privilege to meet, he is also a good person.

Dr Falcone was as gentle as he could be with the scab in my ear. Drops to soften it now should make the next treatment less painful.
