    My only concern was the phone call I made telling the department I was running several minutes late but was in route. The phone person (woman) I spoke with in the department needs a lesson in people skills. I was made to feel as though I was doing something wrong although I called. It was more the inflection in her voice similar to having distain and little patience with me.
