Dr. Birk and his staff have been exceptional. He treats my parents with the utmost respect and takes the time to answer every question, no matter how small it may seem. My father can become easily confused and is often hesitant about medical visits, but Dr. Birk consistently makes him feel acknowledged and understood. For this, I am truly grateful

There was a backup in the check-in line even though some clerks appeared to be standing around. The wait time to see the physician was nearly 45 minutes; however, the time the doctor took in the process of diagnosing my ailment made up for the delay.
